About Inambakan Falls

Inambakan Falls is a majestic multi-tiered waterfall located in Ginatilan, about 1.5 hours south of Moalboal. Standing at a towering height of 100 feet, it's named after the Cebuano word 'ambak' meaning 'to jump' - and jumping is exactly what adventurous visitors can do here. The falls spread across five distinct levels, each offering its own charm and challenges. The main cascade creates a beautiful azure pool perfect for swimming, with the turquoise color coming from the limestone minerals in the water. Unlike the crowded Kawasan Falls, Inambakan remains relatively uncrowded, offering a more peaceful waterfall experience. The trek to the falls is an easy 10-minute stroll from the parking area, following concrete steps down to the river and then upstream to the first level.
